How CE hours are earned

CE hours are awarded only after successful completion of each course: working through all required instructional content and activities in sequence, meeting the instructional engagement requirement, passing the course examination with a score of 80% or higher, and submitting the required evaluations. Purchasing, logging in, opening a course or scrolling through lessons does not earn CE credit. A certificate of completion with a unique certificate number is issued for each course you complete.

Refund & cancellation policy

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started any lesson, knowledge check or exam in the purchase.
Bundles are refunded in full only while all included courses are unstarted; once any course in the bundle is started the bundle is non-refundable.
Purchases are non-refundable once a CE certificate has been issued, because the completion is reported as Illinois CE credit.
Cancel anytime before starting — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and course access is revoked at that time.
