How It Works

Six steps from enrollment to a compliance-ready certificate.

1. Step 1

   Create your student account

   Register with your full legal name, Illinois license category and license number. This information is printed on your certificate and CE transcript, so accuracy matters.

2. Step 2

   Choose and enroll in a course

   Browse the catalog by license category. Each course lists its CE hours, objectives, outline and completion requirements before you enroll.

3. Step 3

   Work through the lessons in sequence

   Lessons unlock in order. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can stop after any lesson and resume from any device.

4. Step 4

   Pass the post-course examination

   Self-study courses conclude with an objective examination. The default format is ten multiple-choice questions with a minimum passing score of 80%.

5. Step 5

   Submit the evaluation

   Complete the program and instructor evaluation. Your feedback is confidential and is used for continuous course improvement.

6. Step 6

   Receive your certificate and transcript

   A sequentially numbered Certificate of Attendance is generated once every requirement is satisfied, and your cumulative CE transcript updates immediately.
