Course structure
Module 1. Module 1 — Advanced Skin Assessment, Barrier Function & Product Chemistry
Skin barrier function, professional observation and contraindications, product chemistry and pH, exfoliation and overprocessing. Module target: 60 minutes.
Module 2. Module 2 — Esthetic Devices, Sanitation & Exposure Control
Cross-contamination prevention, linens and product handling, device safety, chemical exposure, ventilation and Safety Data Sheets. Module target: 60 minutes.
Module 3. Module 3 — Client Protection, Consultation & Professional Practice
Professional consultation, scope of practice and referral decisions, documentation, incident response and professional communication. Module target: 60 minutes.
Completion requirements
- Complete all 15 required lessons in sequence, including knowledge checks
- Pass the 20-question examination with 80% or higher
- Submit the program and instructor evaluation
